Are you accepting custom orders?

Yes, I am accepting custom orders. However, I'm quite selective about them. I only re-work past designs of mine. If you're interested in a custom order, I'm asking you for an upfront payment of CHF 50.00 to ensure my time is covered for the back and forth of talking about the design, selecting a stone etc. You can purchase the custom listing here. The upfront payment is non-refundable. Please then send me pictures of designs and stones you've seen in my instagram account or in my shop and tell me as closely as possible what you want. OR if you just think you'd like a piece of my jewelry but you don't know exactly how it should look like, you can give me some general guidelines, send a few pictures of what you like and allow for some creative freedom. I will then happily surprise you with a one of a kind piece of jewelry made especially for you. As soon as we've decided on the process, design, stone, size etc., I'm going to start creating your one of a kind piece of jewelry which usually takes up to 6 weeks. The final payment will have to be made before I ship your custom piece out to you.

One last word on customs: Please be respectful. Never ask a designer to replicate another designers work. Please don't send me pictures of pieces not made by me when requesting a custom order, I will shut down your request immediately. Also never ever ask another designer to copy my work. I would have never thought that I have to write this down but sadly my work has been copied several times in the past (which btw is illegal). Thank you for your understanding.

Where do I buy your creations?

My creations are available through my webshop and occasionally through a flash sale on instagram. I also sometimes attend local markets.

Can this ring be resized?

​

Most of my rings (such as all my goddess ring designs) cannot be resized. However, some rings (mostly ones with simple ring bands) can be sized up about a size by applying a hammered texture to the band. Please contact me via contact form or DM on instagram to discuss your resizing request.

What's this currency CHF?

​

CHF means Swiss Francs, and at the moment it's pretty much equal to USD. To find out the price in your currency, google is your best friend. If the price of a piece is CHF 100 and your currency is USD, simply open google, type in "100 chf in usd" and voilà, google tells you exactly how much it is with the currency exchange rate at that time. This works with every currency, for example "100 chf in eur" or "100 chf in gbp" etc.

What about ring sizes?

The ring sizes in my shop are US sizes. To find out your size, visit your local jeweler and get your fingers measured or simply place a piece of paper around your finger, mark where it meets, measure the length and check out this chart right here.

Can I buy a piece before the collection release?

​

Yes, you can. Simply contact me and give me some time for calculations and listing the piece in my shop. You will have to be quick with buying once I send you the listing or someone else might snag it up before you.

Do you offer split payments?

Yes, I do! Contact me via website contact form and we will agree on a payment plan with up to 4 partial payments. The first payment is due within 24 hours and the item will be sent out once the full amount is paid. The partial payments are non-refundable.
